Refund policy

All items are to be inspected upon delivery by the customer, and any freight damages are to be marked as 'damaged' on the Bill of Lading (BOL). We intend to issue a call tag for product pick up, if necessary, during the first 30 days from the original purchase date, regardless of the reason for the return. Upon receipt, a Service Technician will inspect and verify that the product is in “like new condition” before issuing any credit. Products must be received back in a like-new resalable condition.

We will provide factory original packaging for your returned item. No credit will be issued if the item is not returned in its original packaging. For products returned unopened, a 20% restocking fee will apply. For products that have been opened and with or without use, a 25% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, standard warranty terms will apply.

Return Policy - Environmental Technology & Industrial Equipment

Please note that this product can only be returned if it has been damaged during shipping or has an unrepairable warranty defect. In the event of such an occurrence, please report it within 30 days.

Special Orders

Orders for non-stock items are considered “Special Orders” and are non-cancellable and non-returnable. HSM requires a 50% down payment at the time of order placement and credit approval for the balance.

Stocking Requirements and Eligibility

Machines – Stocking pricing is available for machine orders if they meet these criteria.

  • 10 unit minimum order of machine - Can be mixed units
  • Ship to Dealer’s location only

Accessories - Stocking pricing is available for accessory-only orders if they meet these criteria:

  • $500 minimum order of accessories
  • Ship to Dealer’s location only
