FAQ
Is cardboard padding as protective as bubble wrap?
For the vast majority of shipped goods, yes — the perforated mesh cushions and locks items in place. Extremely fragile items may warrant an inner wrap layer, exactly as they would with plastic fill.
How much cardboard do I need to keep?
Roughly one inbound box converts to padding for one to two outbound parcels, depending on sizes. Most operations generate more than enough.
What about boxes with tape and labels?
They convert fine; strip heavy plastic tape where practical for cleaner padding.
Does this replace ALL void fill?
